Eco club of Nanki Public School striving for the creation of environmental awareness amongst the future generation.We as a teamworking to improve the environmental condition and also offering programmesand activities to encourage our students to reduce pollution, plant trees and more. It is also a forum through which students can reach out to influence, engage their parents and neighborhood communities to promote sound environmental behavior.
Earth Day Celebration
Earth Day serves as a conscious reminder of how fragile our planet is and how important it is to protect it.Earth Day is proof that even one person can positively make a global impact.
Nanki Public School organized a series of activities to highlight the need of taking care of the deteriorating environment. Students from classes I –X were assigned the activities like collage making by newspaper or magazine scraps, egg carton tree with the slogan, wall hanging and PowerPoint presentation on Earth Day theme. The students virtually engaged in meaningful activities to showcased their love and respect for Mother Earth. Students participated with zeal and enthusiasm in each of the activities and understood their responsibilities towards nurturing the environment.
SWACHCH BHARAT ABHIYAN
It is everybody’s responsibility and one should keep themselves and their surroundings clean and hygienic. It also brings good and positive thoughts in the mind which slows down the occurrence of diseases. Under this programmed all the students had participated. Even teachers were the essential part of this drive . Both students and teachers took the pledge that they will work towards swachch bharat and use the reusable things. Also performed various activities like Green School Drive Days, Hand wash Day, Personal Hygiene Days, Swachchta Action Plan Days. After performing the above activities students are now able to understand the importance of cleanliness, Harmful effect of plastic use and importance of Covid protocols in their life.
